Prices and discounts:

• Each of the seminars in this series is priced at $ 345.00 plus applicable taxes ;
• Your payment (cheque, money order, etc.) should clear before the enrollment close date (Final Payment Date) for the respective seminars;
• This introductory offer includes incentive discounts for multiple seminars selections in any registration:

  1st seminar:		$ 345.00
  2nd seminar:	10% discount	$ 310.50
  3rd seminar:	15% discount	$ 293.25
  4th seminar:	20% discount	$ 276.00
  5th seminar	25% discount	$ 258.75
  6th seminar	30% discount	$ 241.50

Installment plan:

• The registration for any AIM seminar requires an initial deposit payment of $150.00 at the time of registration towards the seminar costs;
• The full balance of any seminar must be paid by the Final Payment Date as specified on our brochures and/or website;
• AIM offers a 10% discount on the cost of any second seminar enrolled for in the same registration. This discount policy does not extend to subsequent registrations as our systems are not set up to handle any and all registrations by you, the Registrant. In this instance:
  • The initial deposit payment of $150.00 per seminar is to be paid upon registration;
  • Each of such seminars requires the full payment for each seminar by the Final Payment Date of the selected seminars; the complete payment for any or all seminars may always be made at the time of registration;
• AIM also offers increasing discounts for multi-seminar registrations, and to further assist you, this program also offers installment payments for such registrations. The installment payment schedule for the Winter-Spring 2007 Seminar Series is intended to assist you in achieving your professional development seminars to co-ordinate with your finances. Seminar cancellation policy:

Our Cancellation Policy has been designed to assist you if you have encountered unavoidable and unexpected personal difficulties in the scheduling of our seminars. Because of the costs in preparing for and presenting each seminar within our programs, we also offer our “Seminar Switch” option.

All registrants are asked to realize that we incur substantial non-recoverable costs for each seminar well in advance of the seminar being presented; in each case, our proceeding with seminars will be determined upon the number of fully paid registrations by the Final Payment Date, as will the need to explore larger seminar facilities, material printing arrangements and catering commitments.

Cancellation:

Administration fees for the cancellation by you of any seminar for which you have registered and completed or commenced to make payments will be charged as follows:

• $75.00 will be charged in the event you have a need to cancel any seminar registration before the Final Payment Date of any scheduled seminar for which you have registered and commenced payments;
• $100.00 will be charged in the event you have a need to cancel any seminar registration after the Final Payment Date but no less than three business days before the seminar scheduled presentation date.
• $150.00 will be charged in the event of any cancellation within three business days of the scheduled seminar; where possible, we will endeavor to provide you with a further option of converting this cancellation fee towards the purchase of seminar materials, subject to a reasonable charge for shipping and handling;
• Any deposit monies not subject to administrative fees will be returned within 30 days of the scheduled seminar date.
• Any payment not received by AIM as required will be treated as a Notice of Cancellation received the first business day following the date of required payment.

Seminar switch option:

• An administrative fee of $25.00 will be charged in the event you choose to “Switch” any seminar registration before the Final Payment Date;
• An administrative fee of $75.00 will be charged in the event you choose to switch to any other scheduled seminar within the Winter-Spring 2007 program after the Final Payment Date but no less than seven business days before the seminar scheduled presentation date;
• Any “Switch” Request within seven business days of the scheduled seminar will require an administrative fee of $100.00;
• No refunds of monies paid on account of seminar registrations will be completed under the Seminar Switch Option; Seminar Switch Fees are to be paid in full by the Final Payment Date of the seminar into which you have chosen to switch your registration.
• Any payment not received by AIM as required will be treated as a Notice of Cancellation received the first business day following the date of required payment and will initiate our Cancellation Policy.
