- The Expanding World of Supplements -

Gluconate? Carbonate? Fumarate?
Which supplemental forms to use? How do we choose?

This seminar is intended to delve deeper into the world of macronutrients (proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). Many of these will be the popular supplements being used by your clients or recommended to them by today’s powerful marketing machines. We will look at their various sources and the different forms of each available on the market.

We will cover as many as possible of these more popular supplements, examine the various forms in which they are available, and provide guidance as to which forms of these supplements to use and when. Many of these supplements will be further examined in the context of specific illnesses and explanations will then be provided as to which supplements properly and safely mix, and which ones don’t…those that complement and those which conflict.
