The Academy of Integrated Medicine is dedicated to providing quality 'science-based' knowledge and information to assist all those who are involved or interested in the complementary alternative medical field. AIM endeavours to bring as much information and knowledge to your fingertips as possible in our quest to assist the practitioner in building and improving your own practice, or simply expanding upon your own knowledge base of information. You who have chosen to contribute to the well-being of others and/or yourself may have already concluded that more 'solid'knowledge or better skills are required but lack the opportunity and wherewithal of acquiring them…ours is a very busy world. It is our objective to assist and facilitate the gathering of worthy, useful and valuable knowledge needed in the world of today’s holistic practitioner.

Our initial step along this journey is the presentation of a series of high-quality, intense seminars for professional development and continuing education, all of which being prepared and presented by well-qualified and experienced professionals. The curriculum is designed to offer a unique blend of traditional scientific health and medical information in a format for use in the alternative medicine health field. We are AIMing for excellence in all that we provide!

All seminars are structured in 8-hour format presentations by Dr. Lilieana Stadler Mitrea, M.D. (Eur.), N.D., and include overhead projections, complete printed materials and a brief Q&A session upon their conclusion.

The material covered is extensive, the pace is intense but measured, and registrants are encouraged to have achieved basic levels of education/training in the complementary alternative medicine arena.

AIM will continue to design and offer an ever-growing selection of professional development/continuing education seminars. Although we have begun work on a series of over twenty such topics, we wish to hear from you, existing practitioners, students, or past and present registrants, of your suggestions and requests for topics of interest. AIM will continue to grow through the presentation of such professional development seminars as a step along our own journey to offering AIM continuing education credits. These credits will become streamed into cohesive accreditations and continuing education diplomas and we will therefore be recording the completion of all seminars by all registrants so that appropriate credits can then be awarded in our continuing education program.
